Women's Rights Commitment

Our company is proud to support Trama di Terre and SOS Donna every year through the organization of events and internal communication campaigns aimed at our employees.

The aim of these initiatives is to raise awareness of the problems faced by two important organizations in our area that work to promote rights and combat gender-based violence, and to encourage greater awareness and active participation. We firmly believe that by raising awareness and supporting these realities, we can contribute to the creation of a more inclusive work environment and a society that respects the rights of all.

In line with this commitment, we celebrated International Women's Day, an occasion to recognize the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, but also to reflect on the challenges that remain and to promote gender equality. Comecer joined the #EmbraceEquity campaign promoted by International Women's Day (IWD) to raise awareness of the importance of a more equal world, free from prejudice and discrimination.
