Goal Deployment e Bologna Business School

Comecer and Bologna Business School have both been involved in a project to consolidate the relationship between our company and talented new people studying at one of Italy's leading management schools. The project they collaborated on was led by Massimo Pierri and Saverio Caria and had as its main objective the review of the flow of custom orders in order to optimize their development by solving some issues that emerged during the course of previous projects.

The event is part of the work plan devised during the “Goal Deployment” event held in May and led by Simone Volpi. Its objective was to create a roadmap for this fiscal year, with related control metrics and different responsibilities for the team supporting Simone, aimed at supporting the achievement of corporate goals for a 3-5 year growth path. The main focus is on increasing the company's productivity by improving its flows and supporting the growth of profitability in line with the group's expectations, as well as maintaining Comecer's leadership in the radio-pharmaceutical field and reinforcing its presence in the pharmaceutical world.

During the event, held for the occasion at a Hotel in Riolo, the current order management flow was analyzed to identify points for improvement that could be used to prepare an “ideal” flow to strive for. To achieve the goal, a medium/long-term action plan was prepared for more complex activities and a short-term one was prepared for making effective contributions in the current year (and quarter).
During the three-day event, the participants showed great enthusiasm and a desire to build a better Comecer, in the knowledge that they form part of a team of great talent. Finally, a big thank you to Elisa Linari, whose support was instrumental in preparing the event, which involved a total of 28 people.
